This work portrays what may be a hike, or an exploration of that hill. The presnetation of the mountain itself in this work is minimalist; it is entirely made out of inky negative space, with only its paths shedding any light. The atmosphere behind, however, is marvelous and grand, colorful without seeming easy; the background helps to give the impression of height to the work.
